A high-speed fly comb system for carding machines with high production, that facilitate and improve work.
It has a detaching capacity of up to 100 m/min and is made with two reversible Master Boxes, which drive two independent half-comb rods (each with its blade), anchored in the centre by two bearings fixed to the upper crossbar.
The Prato 2 MB is a rigid beam system. Supplied with steel or alloy rod LIGHT COMB MN 82. It is the fastest mechanical comb.

These speeds are achieved with the Synchro device, a patented system that eliminates vibrations created by the changing cyclical phasing of the two gearboxes. At the same time, it enables the system to be driven by only a single motor that controls the entire mechanism.
