Air Bench MBS

System for the easy handling of mattress covers in the sewing phase.

The MBS air bench is specifically designed to reduce one of the most common problems in mattress factories: the high weight and physical bulk of certain components to be processed (such as mattress covers), which make sewing and finishing operations slow and complex.

A continuous jet of air comes out of the holes on the air bench so that the fabrics become extremely easy to handle, turn or keep straight during the entire process. The operator can independently adjust the airflow, depending on the weight of the materials s/he is working with.

The machine consists of a modular device with three quick-connect modules, with the central unit equipped with a fan, to generate the airflow, and a suction filter. It is easy to install and maintain over time: once it arrives at the factory, it can also be easily assembled by the user.
