ARCO Multi-needle border machine with adjustable design

High-speed border machine to embroider mattress border combining various layers of fabrics. Designed for sinusoidal patterns. Central unit is represented by a KANSAI DFB 14-12 P multi-needle sewing machine. It’s installed on a slide and equipped with an automatic roller device to ease traction of fabric. A movable creel for yarns and one for fabrics with an easy setup.

MAIN FEATURES

• KANSAI DFB 14-12 P sewing machine ensures reliability and high-speed production up to 10m/min. Working width of product can be up to 30cm.

• The slide is installed on a movable roller cab to ease set-up and any maintenance on the machine.

• Pneumatic locking ensures a perfect positioning of the machine

• Pneumatic control on traction rollers, ensures an easy set-up of the machine.

• Montenero lateral cutters: High-efficiency lateral cutters designed by Montenero. Ensure a clean cut, without defects, on any kind of fabric.

• Entry creel , with its fast block- joint, can be easily customized

• Frontal roller is equipped with friction to allow direct setting of traction according to fabric in use
