A new concept of 2-way and 4-way roller conveyors

Roller conveyors for transporting items are not all the same. Since each type of product has its specific features, the conveying machinery must also be manufactured with the utmost attention to these specific characteristics. Only proper functionality will allow the company to maintain full production efficiency.

With our experience in mattress machinery, at Officine Meccaniche Montenero we have developed two specific models of roller conveyors for mattresses: a special two-way roller conveyor and a four-way roller conveyor.

2-way Roller Conveyor OMM, Key Features:

• Balanced lifting: guarantees an extremely light structure.
• Use of a single piston.

As always, everything is both designed and built in-house: we maintain maximum control over every stage of the work, to ensure top quality and maximum flexibility, to adapt to the requirements of each customer. We also take particular care of the general comfort related to the machine (for example, we can equip it with detachable legs to facilitate movement) and we pay special attention to the needs of the operator who will work on the machine. Our custom-made roller conveyors, like all our production, are designed to allow easy and fast maintenance and repairs, to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

At Montenero we give personalised advice, following the on-site assembly of the roller conveyor, and programming it according to our customer's needs.
